Newman Daniel Properties, LLC is a full service real estate firm specializing in property owners association management.  Jacob B. (Jay) Hildebrand, III, founder of Newman Daniel, began this company in 2006 to give the industry his expertise of over fourteen years in real estate management.  His experience began in 1992 managing federally disabled and handicapped properties in Orangeburg, South Carolina.  While in Orangeburg, he was also the managing agent for two apartment communities, an office building and a number of residential rental units.  In 1997, Hildebrand moved to the Columbia, South Carolina market where he began property owners association management.  Here he managed associations for seven condominium communities; three of which were high rise buildings in the university area.  Many of these owners leased their units to USC and Midland's Tech students.  Hildebrand also managed the majority of the rental units for these condo owners.  In 2002, Hildebrand relocated to Mount Pleasant, South Carolina to embark on a new adventure.  One of Columbia's most premier developers was bringing a close to their new development along the shores of Carolina.  Making the transition from development to the initial Board of Directors, the birth of The Renaissance on Charleston Harbor located at Patriot's Point on Charleston Harbor in Mount Pleasant gave Hildebrand a new dimension in real estate management.

The Renaissance on Charleston Harbor is a two building condominium community overlooking historic Charleston and its harbor.  Each eight-story building contains 50 residences for a total of 100 homes. The buildings have been described as a "Matched Pair of Matchless Buildings."  Each residence not only provides gorgeous views of the city but also of the new Arthur Ravenel, Jr. - Cooper River Bridge, the longest cable stayed bridge in North America.  Each building has many distinguished areas, including: marble grand entry foyer, concierge desk, library, and two guest quarters.  The Grand Renaissance Club Room, caterer's kitchen, cardiovascular theatre, massuse room, Italian designed pool are among other amenities of the property. There are twelve high speed elevators, eight of which are semi-private and four being service elevators.  The residences are presented in size from 2044 to over 4100 heated square feet; and, have many extraordinary features, including: marble floors, double vanities, granite countertops, gas-log fireplaces, Sub-Zero, Thermador and Bosch appliances.
